When to use it

Use this tool to prepare survey exports, combine them with approved reference data, or analyze structured and open-ended field responses.
Use it only when the selected variables and study design match the method's requirements.

How to use it

  1. Open the tool from the Qantly Tools panel.
  2. Confirm the active dataset and analysis session.
  3. Set Region column (Required): Column identifying the geographic grouping (district/division/etc.).
  4. Set Metric column to sum per region (Required): e.g. total teletherapy units, facility count.
  5. Set Population column (Required): Row-level population figure for the region (same value repeats per row in that region).
  6. Set Benchmark: population per 1 unit (optional) (Optional): e.g. 250000 for a '1 unit per 250k people' planning reference. Leave blank to skip gap calc.
  7. Review optional or advanced settings and keep defaults unless your design requires a change.
  8. Run the tool, inspect warnings and diagnostics, then save or export the result with its assumptions.

How to interpret results

Review match rates, transformed values, assumptions, sample sizes, and missing responses before interpreting findings. Survey results describe the collected sample and should be considered alongside the sampling design and fieldwork context.
